Using course called Balcony Autocross & Skid Pad pic below for 1 to 3-Day Courses.

The Balcony Autocross Skid Pad measures 400 ft (120 m) by 350 ft (110 m) and a 60 ft (18 m) by 40 ft (12 m).


Using course called Walt James Stadium pic below for after completing 3-Day Drift Intensive Course or later in 3rd day of 3-Day Drift Intensive course.

The Walt James Stadium is a 3/8-mile high-banked dirt oval track with no walls.
Available Venue Usage:

1.  First come first serve basis:

PRO: Low fee
CON: Chance of re-schedule & chance of sharing the venue with other users (not our students), which would affect your seat time & delay on class.  We will not be responsible for less seat time, especially on Fridays & weekends. No in car session. 

2.  Exclusive rental: 

PRO: Secure the date & no sharing with other users. In-car session available.
CON: Expensive
